Follow A343 Andover Road towards Newbury Bypass. At end of Wash Common 'S' bend, turn right signed 'Ball Hill' at Woodpecker pub. Into village of Ball Hill, 2nd road on right. 'Gore End Road' on brick wall. At bottom of hill on right, we are the first unit in Studland Industrial Estate.
